Technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In case of serious problems, the response technical support service to the client request does not exceed 60 minutes.
The maximum term of a full or temporary solution is not more than 2 hours.
Access to the system is provided in accordance with the contract for technical support.
